yunus 10000 http://yunus10000.com collaboration coordinators for youth dialogues in that city and between cities together with invitations to action specific to each video good news story - eg if you want microcredit to beat off big banks why not help any school try out micro credit with the world's simplest program small change, big changes - a microloanfoundation franchise

Peers across hemispheres and I are far more interested in ensuring that each of these intercity movements vetoes any uses of 20th c failing system methods that the majority of club coordinators -or where elected an honorary board - vote against, than prescribing revenue models.

OPEN SOURCING THE CLUBS
Obviously we should want coordinators to make a living out of work input whlst at the same time recognising that being a club coordinator is probably worth more than having many a professional qualification - or needs to become so if this world is to be sustainable. Equally where profits are repeatedly generated I assume we can find a way iof agreeing some sliding scale that should be contributed either to your favourite grassroots organsiation in bangladesh or to a small list of other potential grassroots partners of future capitalism which should probably need at least 75 of members refendum to confirm

I am very happy if people will negotiate what other rules they would need to want to participate as well as to clarify where they want diferent contant at the mother webs. The main web system I use costs $35 a year per web so its not difficult to imagine that major cties will also want to set up their own branch web or of course a free blog - either of which we will happily linmk from the top of the mother web.

Obviously some of our constitution needs double checking with for example the 100000 bangladeshi's and other Gandhians who are the main practical exemplar of the values we seek to network worldwide so that the future sustains 7 billion brilliant jobs and goodwill multiplying across all women, children and even men.

We wish to learn from each city's most successful ways of mobilising and cross-cultural celebration, as well as metods for ensuring that any action network actually reaches to those in most desperate need of its service. This is one of the big lessons of bangladeshi experience -reiterated by every micro-system designer in bangladesh we have interviewed - once a networks starts empowering the entrepreneur inside it will never get deeper than the deepest needsholders it begins with. This is a lesson that many global NGOs seem never to have begun to grade.

Reviewing the 16 DVDs on the World Series of Social Entrepreneur Champions
(Series sponsors include Ashoka Skoll Changemakers - profiles debated at Calcutta and other Club of City and advocates of help BBC governors to stop being afraid of covering social entrepreneurs - their programmes matter more to kids futures than spectator sports do)
DVD 1 GRAJEW BEYOND CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

I started with the Grajew dvd "Beyond Corporate Social Responsibility" since he's always been one of the greats whom I have found it harder to get stuff on because I don't speak Portuguese. I love this DVD because this guy has done what some CEOs -and sustainability investment funds - have said is necessary but few have so simply done. Namely while goodwill is wrongly or non-transparently audited, social responsibility puts an individual corporation at a cost disadvantage. What is needed is sector social responsibility, which if achieved is to nobody's disadvantage and the advantage of those who help pioneer its lead. This is what Grajew clearly did first with Brazil's toy industry - his origins are being in the toy sector, then agreeing to be the head of the main toy industry association, convening meetings until sufficient companies in the industry agreed they’d adopt a policy of not sourcing toys that involved child labour exploitation. The stories he tells are so straightforward I could well believe any CEO who cares could gain enormously from seeing this dvd; I wish it could be mass produced and given away with a copy of The Economist or some such mass channel to leaders. At http://er100.blogspot.com we chronicle my family and fellow Scots beliefs that the 1840s founder of The Economist (James Wilson) was one of the world champion social entrepreneurs of the 19th Century - anyway it was his inspiration that encouraged my father's entrepreneurial revolution trilogy between 1976-1984 where needs for social entrepreneurs were forecast if this 21st century is to become mankind's most civilised and best for all people, instead of its worst. It's interesting that Bill Drayton was the only one in the world to pick this idea up all that long ago so of course I am biased towards believing any networks he connects into are more likely to change the world than any other person I am aware of.

Grajew has since gone on to involve a third by turnover of all Brazil's business in responsibility programs. I'd love to know if he has converted other whole sectors (still haven't finished DVD). I can also imagine that if a nation gets such a critical mass of companies believing in responsibility it becomes simpler to be an advocate of responsibility as a market advantage even if the whole sector doesn’t come with you.

A question I would love to ask is does anyone know of any sector anywhere outside Brazil that has adopted sector responsibility regarding one of its sector deepest responsibilities (ie externality) or even a leader of a large business who is trying to form such a sector collaboration.

Survey of Shareholders of The Economist

I am piloting this around questions like these

Is the purpose of economics to compound better lives for all people or a few powers that be? Do they have a specific goal or vision for economics over the next decade? Do they agree that the 1840s founder (James Wilson) of The Economist was a 19th C social entrepreneur world champion? At er100 (vote for alumni networks of 100 entrepreneurial revolutionaries you believe children could benefit from knowing of and selectively connecting to before they grow up) we chronicle his beliefs in transparent statistics and sustaining business ethics; and how he died before his time trying to plant these in India run by British Empire

I have got the complete listing of shareholders ; if you'd be interested to survey those in your city or country outside UK, please contact me and I wil first count up how many there are, as well as show you the latest version of the pilot survey to see if you feel it can be edited into a jointly user friendly form

I have sent a first wave of surveys out to people who recognisably came from quakers businesses if they profile with a distinct response pattern, I will come back and summarise here

I am aware that many professions are making a system beyond review - eg global branding -please tell us (C.M.Macrae.72@cantab.net) any references you have in this regard whether on economics or other professions that advise leaders

New editor of The Economist, @ testing time like no other

All over the world, people and leaders wonder whether the new editor of The Economist will be the subject's overdue global reformation, let alone its son of thunder.

Arguably, never will so much responsibility be owed by so few to so many. The twin crises of:
  • Broadcast media meeting networked media

  • And economics going beyond its 20th C systemisation

  • -have been forecast since 1984 by Entrepreneurial Revolution and Death of Distance networkers as equally capable of sustaining or ending the world, in a 21st (growing up) century through which humanity's cross-cultural collaborative emotions and intelligence will be tested in extreme ways

Perhaps this is the best of times to list the sorts of questions that James Wilson the founder of The Economist might ask. These three come first to the 40 million minds of collaboration knowledge city... continued below

Afore James- the Century of United Kingdoms
  • Scots' belief in theories of natural law and rights
  • Intellectual revolutions emerging from David Hume and Adam Smith - propound the virtues of free markets and free trade; and so help to destroy the English mercantilist tradition

  • A) James, like the Royal Society of Arts more inquisitive members, stood up to oppose the worst of big he saw the British Empire compounding such as slave trading abroad and underclasses on London’s streets. He was one of the 19th C great social entrepreneurs. Whilst originally he had demanded that The Economist be closed down once it had changed leadership constitutions on the 2 issues of corn laws and capital punishment, we believe he’d adapt today’s vision: to close down unless you back the appeal that public mass media led by the BBC gives the same share of voice to Social Entrepreneur Olympics as it does to summer sports

    B) Would not James demand transparency about which of 2 opposite economics assumptions are embedded in all the analysis and commentary:
    The big get bigger
The peoples rights to make a productive different get interactively deeper

    C) And we believe he would demand that everyone writing with an economist's pen be trained to relenetlessly question where historic free market economic assumptions no longer help to evolve a world of 2 million global villages . This being the minimal vision needed if global and local communal DNA are to multiply the best for the world. For example , free markets assume that if an innovation comes to light that would truly make every person’s life and collaboration better, then the cost of people getting to know about that will be virtually nowt. However, today we hear so much noise in globally branded markets and see so little public media that dares inquire into such leading-edge social freedoms that this assumption will be falsified by globalisation unless we educate our children very differently from that of the past distance-separation era. Worse many sustainability-critical markets evolve through branches of products not just one big blockbuster. So for example, even if the world has turned in 2006 on the State of The Union’s dime that America must now rid itself of addiction to petroleum economics, the chances that big business will permit the evolution of cleanest of photosynthesis branches to clean energy, clean water, clean climate that death of distance networkers have been tracking since 1984 seem as remote as 360 degree integration of humanity’s diversity is of being commanded from any one powerful office be its snail mail address White House or 25 St James

Global Charters- Human Story of Global*Local Networking Update Year 23

Ever since 1984 Entrepreneurs (Revolutionary, Social, Intra, Web or Sustainability) and open "Death of Distance" Future History debating networks have known that one generation of mankind 1984-2024 will be hit by 7 interconnecting waves: each capable of sustaining or destabilising our children's generations for ever

It doesnt matter if you believe in 7 wonders - as long as you see and connect with people mapping more than 2 ; understand that they are interconnecting and each is systemic (can only compound expoential growth or destriction over time and through the 2 million global villages we 6 billion beings spend our lifetimes and genenerate the next by inhabiting or network around)

wave 1 might be called collaborating with sunshine's clean energy, clean water, clean oxygen, and healthy nature - for its most courageous storylines join in at this collaborative treasure map http://www.frappr.com/algaeworld

wave 2 might be called children's learning potentials and cross-cultural confidences and acccess to lifelong pursuits worthy of developing and not communally destructing

wave 3 might be called ridding apartheids and structural underclasses so that no baby girl or boy is born into and chained around extreme poverty's disease and compound loss of life's energy to make a loving difference
    ....

wave 7 might be called changing economics, valuation, goverance to love courageous people's relationships and trust-flows not to quarterise them -wave 7 was always going to be the hardest conversion of all - eg Augustine's conversion?

We are redeveloping our scripts of each wave at http://globalcharters.blogspot.com - if you have got a script for open use, or a wave of concern, or a treasure map to interconnect, please come along so we colaboration in the generation that collectively decided the fate of our species

We'll also collate economic scripts at the bottom section of this blog

Occasional conversations around Value Exchange Theory (VET) - the only economics your 9 year old daughter worth living with! imagine

Future History of VET and mapmaking of trust-flow, transparency across boundaries, exponential sustainability of investments and environments

It's a bit unclear who first mapped value exchanges - hey as I presented to Harvard in 1999 -isnt this what any discipline of marketing and strategy , or branding and knowledge management seeks to value, mediate?

That said there are micro, inter and macro methods of understanding organisations through value exchange theory. They change the economics - and so the democracy, the media potentials - of everything. For example you choose:

  • if you want the world's 1000 largest organsiations NOT to be best for the world in what they contextually compound -with all the human endeavour they gravitate around their global and local impacts - then you will not need value exchange theory. Before exiting this block: ask yourself: how long will societies investing in organisations that wholly fail the transparency criterion : seeking to compound the deepest human purpose their sector could futurise grow? before their pensioners go bust! or their economies drift exponentially down! or their superior knowledge externalises or outsources a core risk whose eventual consequence involves enslaving or killing people!

  • If on the other hand you believe -as entrepreneur schools such as 3 2 1 - it could be a great idea if the 1000 largest organisations designed by man also sustained best for the world impacts for everyone as we build a transparently webbed world for our future generations, then you will need the new maps of value exchange theory

  • vested interest:aSIN it may be to the school of economists that prefers dismal science to abundance, but my friends and I map value exchanges for a living - give me a global market context that your life's work or family's future is conditioned by and I will help you see how to map its future - free if your reason for asking in more about deep passion for humanity than sustainging outstanding investment returns though neither are in conflict if we wholly map productive and demanding relationships' exponentials - chris wcbn007@easynet.co.uk

In America's Northern continent: the two longest connecting resources on value exchange theory research are :
Verna Allee who advanced the systemic holon of value exchange theory with greatest clarity
and Don Tapscott who researched the net generation more than anyone ciraca 1995-2005 . The greatest web architects of value exchange include : Tim Berners Lee, the Omidyar Family and the training or journalism of Doc Searls and David Weinberger. However, since value exchange is nothing if its not the most open collaborative way of interconnecting useful systmes known to man, I hesitate a lot in maing names - who would you add in webworld? I'd certainly include the original innovation structures of Bezos (the first and greatest dot com retailer) and google (even though this company has careless people who have lost 6 months of my work with no explanation offered. Then we come to storytellers who include my father's 1984 initiation of the death of distance genre as the final episode in his trilogy of Entrepreneurial Revolutions published out of The Economist and today Thomas Friedman whose gravity around Bethesda could just be the best wake up call the DC region of USA has had since Eisenhower.

It is these sorts of people , who I have in mind when participating in mind-warping discussions of what leadership valuation do we (at the edge of value exchange theory mapping the biggest exponentials) dream of seeing sonner rather than later, like this first mail:

verna asked something like do I value the innovative nature of conversation among knowledge workers more than most organisation's accountants permit wherever they rollout their time sheets ?

my answer is yes and no

99% of all organisational conversations are a current waste of everything but then when governed by unseen wealth what do you expect -mathematically and practically it's quite easy to resolve this huge governance risk but only if the top team know why goodwill valuation is earned through conflict resolving ahead

at the same time it is only in conversation that people and teams and clusters of interfacing exchanges learn their relationship multipliers with each other let alone innovate sustainably

All of this becomes quite simple to understand if you will choose to converse within the pattern of a revolutionary wave's context. I define a wave as Thomas Friedman appears to do as a phenomenon (induced by webs and going global and local) that will connect through every being and society/community and either uptilt or downtilt consequences for all- there will be no compound winners from waves if some are being compounded as losers

There are at least 3 waves that many folk on this list know quite a lot about

verna knows value exchange maps; in which each molecular exchange healthily compounds value without seeing how to interact helathily with all the molecules it interfaces with (both inside any organisation's boundary and outside); moreover each exchanges gravity is sustained by flows such as people's emotional ones or natures environmental (waste not ones) and money is a double loop because you cerainly do not only measure money to know whether the molecule is cancerous or sustaining; and in the purest forms of human
learning exchanges (hey by the mistake the Brits open sourced the English language or muslims open sourced the numbers you use -PONDER THAT), our human connecting dna not money's separating one takes priority

DOD- you are my sunshine 1!
there are people (eg 1) who I have talked with over 22 years of inquiry who have models of how sunshine produces clean energy and purifies slaty waters but only with network models of about 100 exchanges where places in extreme climates turn out to be where the most integral or recursive solutions are to be connected through - ponder that before anyone believes an american only space race to end addiction to petroleum economy will do USA's economy compound growth

DOD you are my sunshine 2!
    there are people who believe that our children could do with new education modes as well as ones based on connecting content of waves not the special separations of lifeless facts; these people will inter alia train kids to use the net to find their best mentors through life and help others do likewise;
compliment this with open space style conversations when you meet in real community groups anchored by a common practical challenge

what I am trying to say is if any of you know one wave that has this collaboration innovation property as it networks through all beings then the conversations you will aim to facilitate wherever that wave is being most respected (ie wholly led) will have hi-trust dynamics and be governed in ways that faciliate totally different dilaogue than those management who has never seen value exchange maps will begin to know how to value, govern or facilitate

If John von Neumann was around today, I believe he would say : IF you can
become obscenely interested in waves, then you will be a woman my daughter-

    You are my sunshine 3!
oops that's another wave (value who has been most discrimnated against all around you at local and global levels; make their lives fairly nore productive and less digitally divided and we might just get to century 22 though the odds have lengthened way beyond what needed to be if we truly developed peoples economics of prenbeurial revolution over the last 30 years- something that frustrates my family quite a lot because the first person to translate The Economist's 1976 survey of Entrepereneurial Revolution was Romano Prodi into
Italian, and the last space to live ER today is where Brussels machine type KM sprouts

Dr Yunus of Grameen and microcredit and Nobel peace 2006 is setting cities and citiens around the world an interesting challenge. If he is passing through your city would you be able to find 1000 people who all wanted to collaborate with each other as well as him in empowering a good global world instead of the bad one currently compoundingSynonyms for good are win-win-win, sustainable, empowering every community up, one where hi-trust people transparently win over low-trustSo 2 questions:if Yunus was passing through Africa cities, which do you think would produce the most collaborative impactsif you are a twin national

http://www.facebook.com/group.php?gid=2516276605 - eg living in a rich city but with family roots back in Africa - how ready is your big rich city to represent Africa interests when Yunus hosts his Forum 1000 there. My friends are particularly working on London and New York as 2 test cities; partly because a London University student spent the summer interning in Dhaka on this project. One intercity collaboration idea is collaboration cafe - see those we have already hosted and tell us at info@worldcitizen.tv if you want to replay one in your city or virtually http://worldcitizen.tv/_wsn/page4.html

Another collaboration idea is can we produce a good global idea to heroes, their projects and networks for humanity. Why do people all over the world know the top 10 sporstmen for 50 different sports but not top 10s for different vital issues of human sustainability? http://www.facebook.com/group.php?gid=5475184122

But the best truth about collaboration knowledge cities http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=%2Bknowledge+%2Bcollaboration+%2Bcity&btnG=Google+Search in the 5 years that I have been searching the peoples and communities that weave them is that if any city does a great job in turning round a beter Global with Yunus we can all learn from what it did and work out how to invite the 1000 most relevant citizens when Yunus passes your way. http://grameen.tv/

If you still have that presentation CD you showed at the Brazilain embassy a year ago , I imagine Robert's team would like a copy. I had tried to get this aired at least year's Be the change London but got not a lot of help because the top has no process of seeing who around it knows what big stories. It seems networks are not as good as a global newspaper editorial desk run by Scots with global village egos was 30 years ago.

Please could someone tell me:is this taking place? what date? who can be invited to attend?
you may recall that I presented a paper : the coming wars between goodwill and badwill networks

well this crisis is no longer a media, its a professional round revolving round economics, MBA's , corporation law and auditing, tranmsparent governance of all large organsiations; I have been reviewing 200 years of editorials of the Economist of London and clearly economic schools fall into two warring camps; I side with sustaining peoples economics which as far as I understand is also Gandhi's area of work, and from my father's days at Cambridge just after the war it does seem to be the number 1 economics research area of Prime Minister Singh too

one of the resources we are preparing is just a collection of one page scripts which through the alst 100 years or so have made it clear that networking's technology revolution was (just as in the worst science fiction nightmares) always going to be mankind's final examhttp://entrepreneurialrevolution.blogspot.com/1999/12/make-your-foundations-transparent-more.html

So these are reasons why the Gandhi centenary congress could be the most timely event the globe has ever staged; added to many bits of bad news all over the cartoon world, there are a few good rays for example there is now a phosynthesis clean energy industry www.omniworldview.comfunded with a about a billion dollars out of London; please with hot climates gain from the economy and cleaniliness of this energy as do medical ecoshelters now available if another tsunami ever hitsand when President Bush and his gathering storm advisers at www.nap.edu calls for space races to end addiction to petroleum economics and to connect all kids in loving to learn science as much as sports, we now how to make that a far faster race than he may have intended as long as we can get public broadcasters like BBC and DD covering the peoples most urgent stories

Around now, The Economist holds its AGM? What questions should we table in 2006?

Hundreds of Londoners gravitating around the Village of EcoSaintJames and HRM's question of the year - Is Humanity Turning on Itself? are preparing questions like these...

1 Should The Economist exist? Its 19th Century founder wanted the paper closed once 2 goals had been achieved: repeal capital punishment; repeal corn laws. Would he say The Economist being on corresponding 21st C social leadership and preneurial purposes today or being wholly conflicted.

2 This year is the 30th birthday party of The Entrepreneurial Revolution published in the paper. What are you doing to help certify that the 5 types of preneurial revolution of most potential value to economics of abundance winning over economics of scarcity in mankind's networked century and global integration of local societies? Specifically 2005-2010 was timelined in a 1984 Future History book written by your company's longest serving worker and colaboration leader: as the period for changing economics from that systemising big power's least transparent interest to a transparent peoples economics. What are you doing about that and how are you helping the BBC and other public media that Britain has invested in more than any other country to popularise the search for 30000 projects for humanity?

3 According to the world's most popular current Future Historian (Thomas Friedman has sold 1.3 milion copies of The World is Flat, Episode 1), the biggest scoop of the next few years is Green is the New Red, White & Blue. About 400 yards from your offices, more sustainability investment funding and experimental innovation of prototypes is going on around the globe's make or break challenge of Photosynthesis than any other square foot of any city. Do any of your journalists know all about that?

Breaking Views from ClubofLondon current #1 in collaboration knowledge city bookmarks (votes over 40 million)

This week saw world water day come and go with less than a ripple. Did Londoners know how they could have contributed more news on this around the world? no matter

Next week is arguably the biggest in the calendar for gifts to the world Londoners as number 1 collaboration knowledge city can start up, and make the next 6 years marathon of make poverty history connect all around the world

With Al Gore visiting the twin cities of London and Oxford, we cannot imagine a better time to Launch the Social Entrepreneur Olympics. The game is to have got 30 gravity pursuits of social entrepreneur world champions into the public consciousness by 2012 as much as the top 30 sports.

All we need is love and courage to cheerlead cross-cultural creativity's waves:

The Livingstone has got us off to a great start; he has declared there will be no sporting Olympics in London in 2012 unless they are carbon free - turn up the heat on every politician since only photosynthesis innovations can produce clean energy of that sustainability magnitude. Make sure all those who host Al Gore events debrief him as the clock to 2012 counts down

The lessons to be learnt from Make Poverty History from pop stars down can be an epiphany if University of Stars and the BBC turn their minds to the greater transparencies (eg end all country corruptions) needed if Make Poverty History is to be a reality network not just an image-making one

So that's 28 more gravity pursuits we need to celebrate around social entrepreneurs with as much gusto as the 20th Century hailed sporting stars

We are reminded of one Harrison Owen story I should tell because open spacing education is a social entrepreneur pursuit every family can stand up for whereas we cannot all help on the ground with projects in Africa or in the roofs that algae use to convert the sunshine into cleansing energy banks.

He was studying to be a priest around the Washington Dc area. It was a time when Martin Luther King was having a dream. Harrison can't recall quite how it happened but he was standing in a civil rights field in a crowd of African Americans - one tall lanky white man. The police were beginning to charge on the crowd and Harrison was feeling quite scared. That is until a 7 year old black girl came up to him - and said Mister will you hold my hand

Since that day, Harrison gave up the priesthood to the chagrin of most of his family. And is one of the handfuls of people who most interconnects conflict resolution facilitators around the world. Their networks criss-cross all religions that believe in golden rules of reciprocity such as so unto another what you want done unto you. They also connect mathematically - if Einstein is correct here at http://clubofdc.blogspot.com - to Gandhi as the greatest inventor of peaceful social entrepreneurial revolution that 144 years of The Economist's coverage of this most productive of all professions.

If some of this post makes sense to you, why not re-edit the parts you like and send it to the board of Governors of the BBC, and should you wish Tony Blair or another politician well with their legacy why not copy them in to. We the British people, not any of our political representatives own the BBC. We have invested way over 50 billion pounds in this corporation. On a personal note to all scots- may I ask whether you feel the inventor of television would feel proud of a television where every big debate is framed one dimensionally around short-term left and right rivals or whomever is looking fore a job with big business if the party does not turn out Trumps for their apprenticeship to network power.

It is high noon for the BBC with its 10 year licence determined by and for the people in the year of 2o06. Please could our world service be one of British Character we can feel both pride and humility in searching for. Please free your journalists for humanity to take a fearless lead in realising this open source script from 1984 , so that trust across peoples everywhere begins to flow through every documentary inquiry that has anything to do with world peace or nightly newscast on poverty's challenges through 2012 - and through these communications help the British to get to know 30 gravity pursuits of Social Entrepreneurs with as much joy and attention as the 30 sports it spend most public licence fees on. Hey when Brits helped to invent most of these sports we surely never intended they would take over from greater British realities of world service, through believing in CommonWealth principles and our Queen's higher order right to ask us as she did in her end of 2005 broadcast to unite in preventing globalisation from turning humanity on itself.

For the same of deeper democracy blossoming and connecting every coordinate on earth, you can also play a jigsaw mapping game aimed at sustaining 2 million global villages. Here's part of my family's tree which may open up some useful connections- what connections could your family tree or that of your peer networks open source. If you can make a "peer or family tree" picture why don't we play the mixed networking games of swap and snap. If we are going to turn around globalisation’s exponentials sustainably in time, we are all going to have to work with whatever grassroots community contexts up we can help each other navigate. No lead is too small as long as it is one you intend to gravitate transparently around as part of you lifelong learning mission. We need to help change children's education now so that the core human rights of freedom and happiness have a chance to breathe nature's clean waters, airs and energies everyone human beings sing her praises. Let's all turn up the courage through every family in the land and into wherever co-mentoring networks in internet space may take A B C D E F you

Across at Euston Circle, we have london's epicentre of open space alumni who have been trained for 25 years in how the biggest innovations societioes need are systemic and involve helping all sides find their way through conflicts barrier at the same time. Oddly OS people do not have a vert strong grasp of the deepest meanings of the preneurial literature, and the way The Economist was founded to take back the next assets or laws that were blocking increases of productivities and wellbeing of all people across society. Given the number of huge worldwide conflicts that open space racers (or other faciliators including deep democracy or Global Reconciliation 1 2 or gandhi alumni) are going to be required for if sustainability and investment are to win-win through in our networked world, I thought I'd better write a short summary. have I omitted any particular perspective of preneurial understanding?

    Hi open space racers

My father and I have been working for 30 years on language as the great integration crisis of leadership as well as system theorists. Every professor needs a different term to copyright their fame and alumni class and journal (sub-discipline, sub-professional business case or startegic power)- we need to open up such intellectual chaining all over the world's web

My father's beginning in this was to publish Entrepreneurial Revolution in The Economist in 1976. Odd collaborators included Romano Prodi who hosted an Italian roundtable in venice where all Italy's great leaders of the day sung the chorus of 10 green bottles (administrative barriers Entrepreneurs need to open space through). If you think about it now whether people claim leadership or facilitation gravity to unleash wealth or societal goods, they are usually happy to call themselves either entrepreneur (if business audiences are listening) or social preneur - see eg this fantastic meeting in Oxford next month http://clubofoxford.blogspot.com

To celebrate our 30th birthday of ER, which is actually close on the 200th birthday of the founder of The Economnist (probably the world's first social preneur as his only editorial goals were to repeal corn laws and end capital punishment - both Victorian England's remaining slave chains) , we invite you:
to translate what every your system language is so that it connects with preneurs as a trojan horse for changing global economics
and to choose a place name clubof which we can weblog a debate of how your systemic method helps cross-culturally interrate any type of preneur (ideally 2 million club of global villages are needed!)

Above I have put one slide up which shows 200 years of preneurial language revolutions and since we are also mathematicians, we will need to slay the monopoly of tangible accounting which assigns 0 value to goodwill as a system flow and compounds maximum conflicts by separation every quarter. Knowing that's the fina system barrier is the only way that any system's theory can interface with changing leadership atop the wordl's biggest organsaitions be they corporate of government. As well as 30 years of ER scripts we have 22 years of death of distance scripts since tracking what webs will do has been my whole career and in 1984 I teamed up with my dad and a sci-fi writer to write a book on how 1984-2024 would challenge humanity to its wits end because becoming interconnected in obe generation was always going to be the biggest revolution our species had encountered ; and our species copes with revolutions in ways that spin either very good compound outcomes or in this case ones that will mean no 22nd century. So given this is just a language problem of eladership, why not open source the preneur word unless you can sugest one that can flow through more corridors of power without them knowing what confusion has open spaced

I know swapping the language you believe in most is diffciult. happy to try to help with any 1:1 or many:1 Q&A

    The Competitive Disadvantage of Nations

Some urgent "revolutionary" questions are brewing in my mind due to the Charlie Rose tv Program.http://boards.charlierose.com/board/forum.asp?fi=24 It started with and interview of Thomas Friedman future history author of “The World is Flat”- how did you sell 1.3 million books? because ordinary people are saying for the first time in American history I’ts no longer clear the next generation's lives will be better

Then about 10 CEOs (Intel, Cisco, Sun ...), academics (Stanford) and journalists in California have been interviewed. They have each said we need to get beyond competing as a nation; there are various 5 year emergency collaboration projects out there which all nations, peoples need to join in or be left out of the future economics/exponentials of

Number 1 is always green energy though numbers 2 on vary

Number 2 is often :learning slavery - the closed monopoly view of academic business theory & US global studies

Some of the conversational stimuli I have been linkingin to this trend are at Rose's tv debrief board - eg see Green is the Next Red White & Blue of the Competitive Disadvantage of Nations

    Some questions:
re photosynthesis energy is there one US opinion leader you have already cultivated or aim to connect with first (Friedman? Gore? Clinton? Head of Lazards? )

some of us in London - eg the Chief Economist at the Work Foundation off the mall (border of St James') want to expose the Porter Virus (his Harvard channelling of defensive strategy of the 80s compounded economics of externalities; does not understand sustainability exponentials; never permits collaboration of networking to get a lookin with competition; destroys inclusion and systemic context deepness the peoples economics of networking, Gandhi, Schumacher et al); an ideal brand to do Open Sustainability MBA with is gandhi.edu and the 2007 assembly of Gandhi alumni in Delhi in my view. Where is your ideal first open university of sustainability MBA?

Britain and India have more invested in public broadcasting and collaboration world service, as well as Queen currently opinion leading the conversation is globalization turning humanity on itself- how do we at all cost get the BBC back for the people and away from Blair and Murdoch given its 10 year franchise ends and starts this year? More ways of opening up the debate on How the Collaborative Adantages of Nations in a Networking century needs to become more understood than The Competitive Advantages of Nations are at:
    Charlie Rose
    Club of Delhi

    Open Space London

Given the mathematical mapping (valuation, system leadership decision-making etc) of trust-flow * collaboration system transparency * future sustainability upcurves is open source - what public debates can we openly play round its logics where?
how do we do project30000 in time?

A system*system maxim: suppose a global market sector (eg global tangible accounting, or a webbed humanity that goes to war with itself as Queen Elizabeth's end of 2005 broadcast asks all commonwealth friends to debate http://ecosaintjames.blogspot.com ) takes a wrong turn (however much nobody at the time could have understood the compound implication) that it goes several quarters down, can it ever turnround when confronted by over-high legal/reputation costs of addmitting to the world we made a mistake

    THE NONSENSE OF KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT
A question for all whose nations invest in Knowledge Management especially all 25 Europan Countries after the debacles of ebusiness, dotcoms, Euope Vision 2010, billions invested by Brussels in Machine KM all conflicted with investeing in Human KM 1 2 3

Is there any simplest first discussion document on the loop between learning and knowledge?
I see why Bill Hall is deeply interested in knowledge and indeed appreciate how he wrote a very kind introduction in a Maturana yahoogroup, and I know there are some very deep human projects on digital and real divides going on in Australia that are much more inspiring to me than stuff I can find in the NW hemispheres, but I want to really simplify system*system boundaries before transparency becomes non-existent
if my 9 year old asked me what do KM people uniquely know how to practice, it's not just my own ignorance of not knowing KM , I just wouldnt have even one bookmark to send her to that of the kind which I both liked and was confident most of the KM community liked (that's after 3 years of being in the open editorial middle of all their jumble of competing views)
I do not have the same trouble with some big subjects. No problem at all with knowledge work(er) because its clearly compassed by Drucker
No problem at all with Entrepreneurial Revolution because it is clearly compassed by 200 years of writings at The Economist even though 99% of people who use the E word appall me http://entrepreneurialrevolution.blogspot.com http://clubofoxford.blogspot.com
No problem with death of distance since having co-authored a book on that 22 years ago, readers keep me in touch of where its mind opening debates are happening
I think what I interpersonally want to see is what I often dread a 2 by 2 matrix of when is KM a great liberation for organsiations that are beetwer to work for and when is it a great threat; ditto learning. An ongoing discussion wall of that where we can keep on sticking up open space meetings SothEast where learning and KM help each other to NW where both are destroying each other's humanity, and need valuation resolution (as is to be forecast when 90% of all future wealth is compounding ungoverned, no not ungoverned systemically destroyed wherever top-down is the only governing dynamic)
I also want to find a way back through a paradox. When I spent an elapsed year 1997? hosting a pre-egroup on Organising Creativity, many people then thought of as opinion leaders in Knowledge Management and R&D (both consultants and clients -and yes every transcript still exists in our archives) contributed. They had done benchmarking across many of America's largest organisations on what the net would do to organsiing knowledge . One of their top 5 recomendations: go back and understand the literature of how children learn -everywhere that KM cross-culturally forgets to connect by doing that appalls me and my nine year old and every age group up chris macrae wcbn007@easynet.co.ukhttp://valedictions.blogspot.com

The Peoples Economics - plot ABCD

    THE PEOPLES ECONOMICS - ABCD
–At Ecosaintjames and our twin village Bethesda (ten miles out from DC's white house) you can discover how Entrepreneurial Revolutionaries team up with leading future history networks to learn how people may search and value true freedoms with a special editorial focus on 3 decades and 2 centuries of questioning how open will leadership be and how deeply may democracy network worldwide. We take mathematics that is used to rule over people's lives very seriously. We would like to offer you any help needed to stand up and question anyone who disagrees with this. Whilst we can offer valuetrue's ABCD at any mathematical level requested, our open source affiliates are required to agree that each navigational tool is also available as a map or learning game as accessible for all people to communicate with as arithmetic's multiplication's tables . Contextual gravity matters in all our action networks, especiallythose relationship permissions connecting any open space race you may be interested in helping hi-trust people everywhere to launch.

    A) EXPONENTIALS FUTURES ANALYSIS can determine which global market sectors are tilting toward a collapsing world’s death and destruction, and which systematically value sustainability.

    B) RATIONALISES TRANSPARENCY OF ECONOMICS as geared round one of 2 opposite mathematical assumptions- which do you want your children to inherit from globalisation pattern rules systemically evolved by today’s generation?

Lost Transparency gears only to the big get bigger by letting speculators profit from bubbling up and gaining from timing destruction

Worldwide Transparency: Leaders of a globally networked market can return 100 times investment stakes but only by sustaining every participating society and valuing the openly connected quality of management which simply and systemically supports 24/7 productivities earned by hi-trust knowledge teamworking

    C) TRUST-FLOW GOVERNANCE 1 2 RESTORES:
Unseen Wealth of service economy where people’s lifetimes is primary investment in humans making a difference

Value exchange multipliers of human relationship networks where the greatest innovations are always concerned with mediating boundaries (no silos) and resolving constructive tensions (enjoy change due to environmental opportunities or threats as well as wholly deeper adaptation to what leading core purpose demands next)

Global integration of deep contextual diversity enabling all societies to collaborate as well as stimulate competitive dynamics

    D) INTERCULTURAL & NETWORKED WORLD MAPS CAN NOW DRAW ON 30 years of open dialogues around scripts of Entrepreneurial Revolution and networking’s Death of Distance- as well as nearly 200 years of the school of cross-cultural economics intended by the founder of The Economist. Revolutions priortised for early 19th C generation: end slavery to land owners, and placed-based constitutional cop out that start with the devaluation assumption that some beings will be born to need capital punishment. 1984 prioritisations for early 21st century included these deadlines: replace addiction to carbonised energy by the cleansing energy of photosynthesis; link broadcast and internet media to make science and end-poverty Olympics as youthfully inspiring to multiply through active learning as sports or worshiping celebrity’s images . As long as future citizens are locked away from family, community, society and nature during the most formative years of their live to be trained by authoritarian, hierarchal, undemoctatic, materialistic schools they will perpetuate an authoritarian, hierarchal, undemocratic, materialistic. competitive society. We need to design a radically different learning system of cooperative community life-long self-learning centers to initiate the transion to a kinder, gentler society.

Where's the best omidyar thread to discuss this? I am trying to mobilise a few collaboration approaches but equally would be delighted to join in any experiments under way
    Currently on my mind:
1 Bush knowingly or unknowingly has decalared one of America's 2 space races for the next 5 years to get children to love exploring science as much as sports or media celebrities. I want to start a letter writing campaign to 2 groups. Scientists- are you interested in writing up a one-pager on why a 9-13 year old should want to explore somewhere your science will be leading to. Superstars - will you adopt an area of science that gets less publicity than it merits since I am scared by what a Japanese friend calls learning slavery where public funds decide what is and isn't researched. WE could start with Bush's 20 gathering storm advisers at
    http://www.nap.edu/
2 I believe that every child should start experiencing open space ways of having meetings from about 11 up. Have you experienced Harrison Owen's Open Space format? Even one day a year spent in open dialogue would both be a self-confidence liberation from being the subject of endless factual examination; and the project outputs of peer nets could start co-mentoring in a big way. Open space leads to the cultural creating capability to host one hour cafes
http://www.bbc.co.uk/dna/actionnetwork/A4140947Cafes are a method that have 250 years of practice at London's Royal Society of Arts http://www.rsa.org.uk/ -among memmbers the future of family and education is a number 1 crisis. I would love to know what is the most similar institution in USA or if there isnt one, the RSA is looking to go intercity anywhere that demands it
3 If I was to choose one new practice curriculum for the 21st C it would probably be how to use email etc to discover your best mentors through life and help others do likewise. I would make such a belief part of certifying any school teacher's licence Perhaps some of the above are outlandish, but where can revolutionary dialogues on schools and family being planted and how can we start conceptualising project experiments which can be open sourced wherever they get proven? chris macrae, Bethesda

How do we enage all economists in waving over from tghe maths of the big gets biggers to the maths of enabling all peoples (and global villages they network through) to have access to being as productive as their hearts and minds content

Here's an emerging scripts which I am trying out on serious economics networks. To engage I need to find when they are talking about one of the revolutionary family of terms such as singularity 1 2, tipping point, gathering storm, or death of distance which my family (dad then his 30th something year at The Economist as its most prolific editorial writer) coined and nurture since 1984

Even though I hold a postgraduate certificate in mathematical statistics from Cambridge, I am not sure of the logical nuances connecting large scale change visions such as singularity, tipping point etc . However may I point out that I believe that linguistically the economics epicentre of such system * system transformation is Entrepreneurial Revolution. We are scripting 30th birthday party dialogues around this through 2006. My dad, Norman Macrae, surveyed ER 30 years back in The Economist 1976 and also began a preneurial trilogy. Here is a brief map of what economists who connect ER ideas can see. Equally I myself am delighted to work on any contexts or cross-disciplinary and systemic constructs that facilitate working around the same sort of map

Survey 1 ER : the word preneur (French for taking back) goes back to when the French peoples took back land etc from royalty so that the peopes of France could be more productive. The Economist itself was found in the 1840s by what would be today called a social entrepreneur world champion http://clubofoxford.blogspot.com. Those of a preneurial persuasion remind editors of The Economist to this day that: James said that once corn laws and capital punishment had been repealed , the newspaper should be closed! http://ecosaintjames.blogspot.com

Entrepreneurial Revolution looked back at the industrial age to see what organisations had already looked at ways of going beyond people being subservient to machines. My dad’s surveys had discovered Japan in 1962- so clearly some companies like Toyota make factory life more fulfilling than others like GM? Other oddities explored in this survey included how much innovation got blocked by patents; what will industries or nations do when they need to criss-cross each other’s boundaries but are 100% defending their own territories and able to collaborate.

Survey 2 called “We’re All Intrapreneurial Now” celebrated the fact that around this time in advanced nations the majority of the economy had changed to service with a big question: What revolution to the system of organisational valuation and governance is needed for people to be invested in more than machines. Intangibles savvy leaders and goverance systems know there is a golden triangle of service economics but only if a corporation is prepared to sustain the highest trust-flows through a generation of service work. Companies like South West Airlines have tacitly used this sustainability investment dynamic to return 100 fold to shareholders over a generation but only because they multiplied far more value than that across the societies they became most interdependent with

In 1984, we came to the book which started the future history genre of exploring worldwide networking crises of human fulfilment. This book completed the Preneurial trilogy advancing constructs now termed social or sustainability entrepreneurs and was co-authored by me because my first job in the 1970s had been in The Uk’s National Development program for computer assisted learning networks. Our 2024 report (republished depending on language translations as 2025 or 2026 reports) timelined how the generation 1984-2024 would face the greatest revolutions humankind has ever been hit by combining economic singularities in the costs of transport and communications. We timelined 7 “Death of Distance” waves – each that will connect all 6 billion beings and the 2 million global villages they network through. Each wave will either sustain growth everyone it goes or compound economic and social destruction. There’s nothing magic about 7 – happy to map more with people. The idea that waves such as these are enveloping us all –eg education, clean energy, cross-cultural embedding so as to ending underclasses and apartheids everywhere on the globe… and are multiple but interconnecting is what you need to start out mapping futures of global and local economics with. The more I look at the 7 waves that our dialogue groups have been monitoring since 1984 the more I personally see similar death of distance patterns as Friedman’s :Flat World http://clubofbethesda.blogspot.com

*Collaboration as a higher order advantage than competition alone

*Competition theory that is incorrect in compound consequences it compounds because of various false assumptions of which the simplest is: no cost of propagating something that the whole world is dying out to be invented, where the actual costs of traditional media are huge

*Reconfirmation of a topic my dad and Peter Drucker used to talk about a lot. There are in what we exponentially compound 2 economics with opposite maths: that of the big gets bigger and the peoples economics which unites all peoples in access and capability of making a difference – for want of a better term I will call that peoples economics. Globalisation’s singularity is which of these 2 economics will connect through all the systems*systems that networks consequentalise. By 2024, we will know and the fate of our children’s generations will be immovable. When Bush’s State of the Union speech declares the 2 new space races of end addiction to petroleum economics and enable our kids to love exploring science as much as sports, those contexts are dead on 2 of our waves. But there may yet be a lot of work to do to ensure the curve each waves propagates uptilt every society’s sustainability instead of downtilting all places, societies and all cultures. What can economists bring to this debate now so that everyone transparently understands the crossroads we fly over through this next decade?

    * I am searching for a perfectly simple collaboration game. A worldwide treasure hunt where the winners are the greatest open source collaborators. I suspect the context may revolve round http://www.frappr.com/algaeworld

Discovering a perfect collaboration context -and simple enough debating game around it - is what really seems to matter gravitationally and urgently.http://cleanestdemocracy.blogspot.com
